Stomping Nick Jackman
For a man hailing from Lyttleton, he has created his own category of 1-man blues band. Nascent and raw, it’s all performed in the old school style as Nick Jackman shifts the common ground between Memphis boogies, classic Chicago and punk of the 1950s. Taking his motivation, the one-man bands and blues legends of yesteryear, along with a huge does of garage band fury and primitive rock, this man unleashes the real power of pounding drums, wailing harmonica and distorted guitar.
