1. Acceptance of Terms

By using BusHire.co.nz and making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Quotes

All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change if booking details differ from the original quote.

2.2 Confirmation

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, and written confirmation from BusHire.co.nz.

2.3 Payment Terms

Full payment is required prior to travel unless alternative arrangements have been made for corporate account holders.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

  • More than 7 days before travel: Full refund less any processing fees
  • 3-7 days before travel: 50% of booking value
  • Less than 3 days before travel: 100% of booking value

4. Changes to Bookings

We will endeavour to accommodate changes to your booking where possible. Changes may incur additional charges depending on availability and timing.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must:

  • Be ready at the pickup point at the agreed time
  • Follow all driver instructions
  • Not consume alcohol on the vehicle
  • Not smoke or vape on the vehicle
  • Respect the vehicle and other passengers

6. Our Responsibilities

We will:

  • Provide a safe, clean, and roadworthy vehicle
  • Provide a professional, licensed driver
  • Arrive at the agreed pickup time (subject to traffic conditions)
  • Transport you safely to your destination

7. Liability

While we take all reasonable care to ensure safe transportation, BusHire.co.nz is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Personal belongings are the responsibility of passengers.

8. Insurance

All our vehicles are fully insured for passenger transport. However, we recommend passengers have their own travel insurance.

9. Best Price Guarantee

Our Best Price Guarantee is subject to the terms outlined on our Best Price Guarantee page. Conditions apply.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
