LEGO Mindstorms Robotics for Juniors
The Imagination Station in Christchurch will turn into a spot of Robotic session on the 11th of July, with a 60-minute assemble on mechanics, robotics and programming in an interactive way. There will be sensors, noises and some effort to impart some personality to our robot friend. They will be programmed to play and spin around with rotations and speeds to accomplish some challenges. There is no certain age to learn LEGO, so everyone is invited to come and participate, irrespective of your age and ability. There is a maximum capacity of 50 person per session.
Auckland Night Markets
Auckland Night Markets is a great destination for tourists and locals alike. Held across 6 locations in Auckland, the tradition started in Pakuranga in 2011. Ngati
Scheduled to be held on the 21st July in Wellington, Ngati is a drama of Pakeha and Maori families, which shows how citizens of this community handled public crisis that threatened to interrupt their traditional way of living. The play is set way back in 1948 in the community of Kapua, and the main concern is focused on the 12 year old son of Hine and Iwi, Ropata, who’s seriously ill. Iwi has more faith in tohunga’s healing powers rather than the local doctor. A young Aussie visits Dr Bennett, and as he involves in different ways of Pakeha and Maori crisis, he realises the connection he has with the community.

ASB Showgrounds will turn into an arena on the 23rd of July for the most exciting, diverse and largest automotive event in New Zealand, CRC Speedshow. It’s time to fuel your passion for automotive products, motorsport, bikes and cars, as the 11th edition of Speedshow will take over for a fantastic celebration displaying the best of custom creation, muscle cars, wild hot rods, motorsport celebrities, classics, race bikes, race cars and a lot of cool stuff from across the globe. There will be a large range of automotive services and products, with each show featuring a trademark line-up of exhibitors.
Drama Queens, Dress Ups, Make Believe & Musical Mayhem
Scheduled to take place on the 26th of July at the Western Springs Hall, this musical mayhem is one-of-a-kind event for children. They will act out characters while dressing themselves up and enjoying props, games and musical mayhem. The main focus of activities would be on stimulating kid’s curiosity, imagination and exploration, along with increasing gross motor development, spatial relations and increasing sensory awareness.
‘Par for the Corpse’ – Mid Winter Murder Mystery Dinner Show
